I am not getting resonable salary as per my work allocation and what & how i am delivering my quality work. Company and management should have to use proper method for appraisal for quality candidates.

Work Details

I have struggled in earlier for new system of accounting. I had a good knowledge about in account and finance but there were required some training for software and foreign accounting. I got chance for multiple work and it helped me to achieve this level.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

What i loved in Paper Chase is the environment of this firm. The staff is very professional and friendly . Even my TL(Jitesh Sir) and manager( Basant Sir) were also very supportive and understanding .As i was fresher i was bit nervous but due to support of all the team members i loved to work there day by day. They taught me every single thing with very patience. Even our director sir is also very friendly, and loving and little bit strict.Sir never let us feel that we are his employees, Sir and riddhi mam count us as we are their firm family. There was no any dislike yet. But in COVID 19 i was been laid off from the firm, i understand that due to pandemic situation they took this step. But on other hand company was hiring other members also. So it was unexpected for me. So i think there is no job security.

Work life is quite good, but timings are bit awkward . I get to learn many things here. Over all it was nice

Good areas of growth if you get a chance. In Accounts and weekly department have very good managers.

Dislikes

Favourism, Job security, too much politics in payroll department, less increment, deserving people got demotion from TL to executives and TL is a person who has a very less knowledge in the field areas. Too much overtime.

Hectic but yeah it was interesting if you like to talk with people from another countries, Too much overtime
