Manager - FP&A

Summary:

The Executive Manager - FP&A will support the VP/SVP Finance & Accounts/Financial Controller in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure effective decision-making and alignment with the companys business objectives. This role will involve working closely with the leadership team to provide key insights, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and support financial strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of the company’s financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue growth.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key metrics.
• Collaborate with business units to track performance against budgets and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making and evaluate potential business initiatives or investments.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and prepare management dashboards summarizing financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for the management team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the automation and enhancement of financial processes and reporting systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial input for business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are a plus.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the services or outsourcing industry.
• Exposure to global financial practices, including reporting standards such as US GAAP or IFRS, is desirable.
• Experience in working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
