I like the way that management has done their job in this COVID19 situation. They all handled the situation well mannered. Also, Paisa Bazaar is a good platform to improve our skills like communication, leadership, management etc and most important thing that I learnt from there i.e how to handle pressure.

Dislikes

There are some timing issue while we were working from home. I can understand in this pandemic situation, that was really challenging situation for our management to align working hours but I suffered a lot in that time as the timing was not aligned.

My experience is really good at paisa bazaar.com as I was fresher when I joined the organization, so everything was new for me and now it's been almost 1.5 year to work there and I really learnt a lot. My AM & TL very supportive & they help / guide a lot
