Most wrost company in the industry. They don't know what is week of , what is public holiday. They mentioned in portal public holiday but force to come office. They don't about what is the criteria office in time or logout time. Without overtime force full to work extra. In my last 3 years experience not a single time they logout on time.

Dislikes

Jabardasti Sham Tak rok karke kam karvana, Public holiday ke din bhi bula kar ke kam karvana aur double payout bhi nahin dena. Kam nahin hone per forcefully week of the bulana.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
