Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

This educational institution provides you an opportunity to learn , innovate and adopt new methods of teaching , mentoring , placement . It is only institution with a A+ grade in NAAC certification in and around Salem, Krishnagiri , Dharmapuri , Namakkal etc... . Every member , whether a student or a teacher is given an opportunity to prove themselves. In addition it is a green campus

Being a worker friendly environment , I personally did not find bottlenecks in my work.
