Flexible timings is something that's amazing about Packt. You get to work from home as well.

Dislikes

If you work at Packt you won't have a personal life. You'll be forced to work day and night. The work distribution is very bad, some people have very little work and some have alot of work. Honestly, if you are unlucky, you'll get the worst team and alot of work.

Where do i start? Zero job security we have been asked to reapply for our own jobs. The management is clueless. The bottom line is its a failing business and the lower management has had to suffer

Growth opportunity is less, Lot of politics in some teams. HR BP's are not cooperative and they will not listen to you. They will do what they want and might ask you to resign or terminate you without listening to you. One of the worst experience I had in my life working with this company. Beware of the some seniors in the team as th ey have an upper hand in top team and if you mess with them then they will do politics and one day you will be asked to resign or get terminated. HR BP'S will not even see what all good things you have done for company. They will ignore it....Read More

Management team, no guidance, no support, no learning, poor training programs, kids in the HR team with no maturity, becomes a government office as in fans are used because AC not working and the environment becomes sweaty, difficult to work, senior managers sleeping in meeting rooms, staff breaching processes, management always fool s top team and does not give them real picture....Read More
