My time at Pacific India was marked by more challenges than benefits and experiences. The workplace was nice, but the managers, teammates and assistant managers made it a toxic workplace which lacked both experience and genuine knowledge of their departments.  Despite having qualifications, their feedback was often uninformed and unhelpful, delivering it as if they were experts when it was far from the case. The environment fostered an endless cycle of work with no recognition or growth, in both career and finance leading me to drain off all developed content skills I had.  Colleagues and constant, unjust pressure made all days even more stressful and unproductive. They'll pretend to be your friends but constantly back you down with negative hearings, fake complaints, etc. Overall, Pacific India failed to provide a supportive or enriching work experience, leaving behind only exhaustion and disappointment. So if any of you think it's a place that can generate your skills, they won't as they are stuck on the old corporate systems where they expect you to work at least 9 hours, taking only half-hour breaks and blindly trust and follow what they are saying otherwise all the time you need to verify salary, especially in the digital marketing team....Read More

Job security is ZERO. When new employee join PACIFIC DEVELOPER LTD than employee need to update his CV every time in mobile because Owner any time tell you don't come from tomorrow and urgently close your entry punch in punching machine.
