Environment is good and different cultures coming together and stays like one family.... Activities, and many things...which make us feel like working there as.... It's like work and enjoy.... Company take good care of crew members.... Even we have different events to make us feel relax.... I love to work and event I enjoyed..... I dislike is promotion part... which internal people do Or I can say internal management...(eg: politics,etc) so I will not blame company .... As its hard to get promotion.... Because opportunity are very less....from my experience.... They give less respect to junior as they compare to other (eg: you are just a asst. Buffet. Steward....so you don't have right to choose your bed, Room etc.... ) Otherwise everything is OK.... Which make little emotional like why... When company is giving payment for job not for comparing and showing other down..and I think for staying it should not be compared... As standard or status...Or position the person belong too... Working on board is hard as we work for 7days..but I m thankful that sometimes company also give us long break were we can go out.Even to make us chill they provide us.BBQ Party, Bollywood, Hollywood entertainment.Etc.. So I m happy to work and enjoy
