Only thing is that you will be able to learn a lot because deadlines are so near you'll have to complete the projects anyhow and so you'll learn to work under pressure.

Dislikes

1. Compensation offered is way beyond the industry standards.Also they don't even provide hikes and bonuses at the end of the year 2. Poor work culture and no work lofe balance.Your life will become hell after joining the company. I had(my whole team not just me) to work from 8 am to 10 pm to meet the deadlines.We worked even on weekoffs. 3. Even after working so hard they will throw you off the company whenever they want.This year only they fired 45% of the engineers despite increase in their revenue. 4. Upper management also has no idea on what they are doing.They keep changing project scope and designs after the project reaches its final stage. 5. Their work culture is very toxic.No additional benifits for employees and no sympathy for employees. I'll never recommend anyone to join company. It's a vicious company with no work ethics. So join only if you truly believe that you can survive such type of environment and also if you don't care about your employment terminated midway(remember 45% firing rate among engineers even when market is good)...Read More
