Well as far as supporting me is concerned it's speechless..... I don't have words for it. The company is just concerned about it's profit and losses. Lower management stands no where in it's sight which has been handling all the ground operations which is a backbone. All fake promises done. Forceful resigns are being asked against amonth's compensation. During this time period job is required not a monthly compensation. Even the company cuts a percentage salary as Uniform charges for a period of 3 months. Nothing is being informed at the time of selection. MAJOR THING...It is from the salary itself that PF is deducted twice. Actually it has to be employers share and employee share but in OYO it's the employee who has to pay both. Just an employee has no option to raise against the management. But has to let it go for a job....Read More

After giving a good tenure in the company has not given even a salary increment of Rs.1. No promotion. No incentives. Zero Career Growth as far as I see now. Lot of loopholes in the management. Wrong financial doings by upper level management.
