In Oyo rooms as the employees they're selecting are youth coz of that environment are awesome and from HR to all Sr managers are very down to earth and always ready to listen and solve the problem we we're facing so it always give a healthy atmosphere and same time it encourages us to work hard. As disrespect are strictly restricted so it's a safest place to work for all.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Due to huge pressure and as its a service industry you have no time for family . Target are pathetic and same time the job is always in danger.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
