I have given my 100% for the company and in return company put me on fourlough it was very bad experience for me and then put me on a hard decision to be taken of Voluntary Seperation Program so that I can get 1 month pay plus some additional amount as my FNF as no choice for me then to take the decision as I was only the person inmy family who is earning and the FNF was only the money which I was getting after 4 Months accept the 12k I got from OYO in the Month of May and June.
