For freshers it's good company, first 3 month you can enjoy your job. Good learning for freshers in terms of technology and online applications.

Your friends become your enemy once you joined OYO. Worst HUB Head and BD Head who don't care about there employee and even don't bother to respond your ground issues. Hub Head is pathetic personality ever seen in our planet specially in PUNE office. If you are from defined sector don't even think to change it because here HR role is nowhere. They are simply force to increase there hiring number to achieve target. Hier and fire is the only strategy you have seen in current laid off.. Zero work life balance. Huge politics from HUB Head. Salary appraisal is myth. No training in order to understand Monthly reconciliation. Toxic work environment. BD Head are worst especially those. whomcame from logistics & delivery company. Company will pressurize you untill you get dark circles around your eyes & low HB in your body. Hence simply they need freshers....Read More
