The compensations are good and the perks and benefits are at par with the industry.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth opportunities are very limited. The pressure to perform is immense, Sometimes you have to work 14-18 hours in a day. The organization is now shifting more towards weekly target achievements, it could be difficult for new joiners to fit in. Most of the management are unaware of processes and it can lead to delays in delivery.

Fraud company, has no ethics. Cheats business partners at every transaction by through incorrect calculation of accounts. Not fair with employee and ex employee too. At F&F settlement also they give their employee only 30 to 40 % of actual amount. No job security if you don't cheat business partners viz hotel owners
