The company being a technology first organization focuses on processes. Opportunities are great for exceptional performers. Work culture is as flat as a start-up would be. The compensation and perks are attractive. The work-life balance is average.

Dislikes

Processes are too complex. And every now and then the entire work process is overhauled. Job security is very poor as they follow hire and fire policy. Office politics here is as elsewhere.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
