The salary and benefits are good. There are amazing opportunities to learn. They have tie ups with great e-learning institutions.

Most of the top management sit in one part of the country. There is preferential treatment to those from that regions. There is absolutely no work life balance or assistance for women who are travelling. Men or women, they are required to travel even at late hours if needed.
