There are politics all over the organisation. Work culture/career growth/job security/work satisfaction/learning all are in terrible mode. I would not refer anyone to go for this organisation.

Excellent work environment, highly competent and competitive people both up and down the ladder. People are treated with trust and respect both inside and outside the organization. Time to time training and developmental programs get executed in order to upgrade the respective and relative bar. Job is highly secured. Career growth is well taken care of by the management with an intricately designed growth plan for every individual . Salary/appraisal are the best in the Industry here depending upon relative performance. Travel policy is top class. Company advocates for safe and sound travel for the employees. Politics has yet to find a place here. Innovatives and innovations are valued. Being a global organisation , many a times , crucial decisions are taken abroad , may be in U.K. with a somewhat a disconnect with the local reality . Indian education system has its own needs which , in some ways , require indigenous methods . Many times rules framed according to foreign standard are imposed on Indian system
