This company just hire you for there personal profit. Totally a hire n fire company when it's time for your Appraisal they started firing you so they don't have to give you appraisal for your work. So much politics in the office. You bring profit and client to the company and your managers and head flip that client to there name andstarted working. They just attract you with there salary benefits but dont even pay you your allowance on time. Poor management poor work culture, management don't even look at your email and calls and problem. If you are complaining about your manager of poor work culture they will fire you but not even listen to your problems, big no to this company...Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
