There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is comparatively low and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3years before which you can not resign.

Very very slow growth, Arrogant seniors everywhere in Delhi office, Please invest on young team mates, Senior managers dominate the office & culture in a destructive manner also try to demotivate the new comers so that they do not perform & their Job remains safe. Company is good & a good brand in civil engineering solutions but if the situation remained the same than it will not be able to sustain that name in market. Here we have opportunity to do sales on our own , which is also a problem as no one is there to guide you . We get the chance to meet people aroung the market. Product are above market standards , premium quality .Only sales people are under stress rest are chilling . Actually the hardworking people are under stress , rest are chilling here . If you love politics please become the part of this company you will thrive here . Also company don't fire people even in covid only upper management or non performing departments were under radar to get relieved .
