You have to handle multiple tasks there, you can learn many things. Good opportunity for beginners as well as experienced persons.

Dislikes

Poor management, no stability, frequent changing of employees, no job security instead of being permanent, no leading senior, poor working culture, no one to assist you, no support from anywhere but everybody need output from you. Being engineering company there is 6 days working.

Very bad lifestyle, everybody is showing that they are working, everybody is blaming each other for fault because there is no stability of employee, most of the employees are only staying in Oswal for 3-4 months, either they are leaving or terminated.
