Simply saying....nothing is there to like

Late ni8 works....no proper timongs.... no corporate culture.... its like missionary school...... poor environment between employees and the boss, only 2 saturdays off in a month

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
