OSB India is living a culture of 18th century which is very messy. Senior management has set up a call centre culture even for Risk and analytics. They do not allow phone in floor for below manager. But OSB group is fantastic to work with

Infrastructure to be improved like providing laptops, headphones to IT folks, Allowing mobiles inside floor, 4 wheeler facilities for all the grades in the company.

Good place to work for beginner and intermediate level experienced, Lot more automation and process need to be improvised , still some old school orthodox methods and technologies are used.
