Good place to work for beginner and intermediate level experienced, Lot more automation and process need to be improvised , still some old school orthodox methods and technologies are used. Work and life life balance is good . Job security is good. Compensation are upto market standard.. Benefits as per norms. Wil gets goodies 2 times every year. Hybrid model- flexibility of WFH- For IT and non customer services *Chances for experienced employees to travel UK for short period (3-6 monts). * Free cab

*Salary break up-20% variable as part of CTC. which you get only60- 80% in committed Variable pay. *No Cafeteria for hyderabad Location office , need to survive on Local Canteen only for lunch. * Hyd office is far from city no avails of public transport. Completely relay on airport cabs or till completion of shot to go in company transport. Planning to relocate into city, but takes 2 years. from 2022 to 2 years

there not any kind of system .Its a lala firm .and guves salary in cash and do not gives you any document to you .they can say you to leave job any time so dont spoil your career in this company.

OSB India is living a culture of 18th century which is very messy. Senior management has set up a call centre culture even for Risk and analytics. They do not allow phone in floor for below manager. But OSB group is fantastic to work with

Infrastructure to be improved like providing laptops, headphones to IT folks, Allowing mobiles inside floor, 4 wheeler facilities for all the grades in the company.
