This is company has best teammates,training period is best you have chance to directly interact with client, senior provides best support if needed,And only train traveling cost is paid by company.I got very less salary at point starting.But if you learn you get more.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
