I really thankfull of my company to give me opportunity to work in reputed organization like oriental aromatics ltd to upgrade my knowledge and learn industrial culture . My organization is one of the leading organization in the field of chemical products and has three certificate that is safety Iso 18001, Qms 9001 and Ems 14001 .

Salary is one of the major problem in Oriental aromatics Ltd.

My experience is so good in Oriental Aromatics ltd to learn automation in chemical plant my seniors is also motivated me how to work in organization.. so over all experience is fantastic

Zero work load, At shift incharge level you don't have even if there is any minor leak or any issue you will have to ask to your Production manager first if he say attend then only you will go for that. So in short for growth purpose worst company while for work load best company.

No job security, worst safety culture for example if you join the organisation you did not get safety shoes immediately will get after 1 month and they ask you to work in Plant , employees are not promoted, zero skill devlopment, Production Managers does not know technical Chemical engineers terms, the entire team does not go for any preventive and predictive Maintenance,

Nothing to like. Very rude company, didn't see in my IT career to behave of HR DEPT. like before. So rude while communication. Doesn't have respect of any human being.

All the things specially HR dept. is worst. Doesn't have a sense how to communicate and behave to the senior in office. It's just like adda of terriost.

Anita & Parag both are involving in to close this company in future .. Huge discrimination if you are non Marathi .. Parag say employees are just like a chew gum for I will chew until I get sweet taste after that I will spitt it out .. Many problems Here . Union are not satisfied. Marathi vs Other discrimination. 20 HR fired since 2018 to till date They can fire you any time. Zero job Security. Both Husband & wife looting this company. No future of this company. More 100 employees fired by him just 3 years. No knowledge of chemical industry. Company situation is not good They slap you in monthly meeting if something gone wrong..
