One-woman driven company, hence policy changes every 10 seconds, no work-life balance, there's no one to whom grievances can be put forward, no management skills, no proper work-space, selfish attitude and exploiting company employees like anything, no TA given for site visits, 10-5 hour job from Monday to Saturday, where you have to work at home as well..also you have to work on Sunday ultimately resulting into a nervous breakdown because company keeps on recruiting people and employees keep on leaving out of frustration and one fine morning you get to know that you have been assigned to all the additional projects....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company. One can hardly call it a company.

Dislikes

The company runs on the whims of the CEO, who changes the policies of the company every other day. Also, the board members are CEO's parents and in-laws and the HR is her husband. So there is barely any involvement of another authority. CEO is very unprofessional and rude in her approach and behaviour and thinks of the employees as her personal help. Gives work like photocopying husband's passport or making keys for her house. Good luck to those who would work at this circus of a company. Not worth your time and not good for your career since no other corporate would acknowledge this experience. The CEO would stand on your head all the time and never give you space to work independently. you'll just learn to follow instructions not more
