Very good company. Management is very good and employee-centric. HR is very friendly. The behaviour of HR is very good and professional. She gives replies to your every query patiently. The company will give you one yearly trip. The Foundation Day of the company is celebrated in J W Marriott. Yearly increment takes place with good percentage.

If you selected for positions you don't ask to the hr of this conpany for clear your query. The behaviour of hr is very rude. She has no time to talk for employees quey. Please don't take job in this type of company. Your mental balance will also disturb , if you join this company

1. Company policy change frequently. 2. No work life balance. Working hours mentioned 10 am to 5 pm. But work assign to you that you never complete within 5 pm. 3. One person assign to one project so you can't take leave according to your necessary. 4. When you join they will tell you lots of incentives but ultimately you will not receive none of them.

One-woman driven company, hence policy changes every 10 seconds, no work-life balance, there's no one to whom grievances can be put forward, no management skills, no proper work-space, selfish attitude and exploiting company employees like anything, no TA given for site visits, 10-5 hour job from Monday to Saturday, where you have to work at home as well..also you have to work on Sunday ultimately resulting into a nervous breakdown because company keeps on recruiting people and employees keep on leaving out of frustration and one fine morning you get to know that you have been assigned to all the additional projects.
