If you have experience in pharma please don’t join this company. Very bad culture and fake company running in Ahmedabad with various fake names like Novomis, ombit , novumgen, topiatech, sciom, orbit and many other unregistered names. This company run by a patel family of a Gujarati businessman totally staff becomes from mehsana district of Gujarat. If you are from other regions of Gujarat or India you will treated as a foreigner. No one will help to you in this organisation even unskilled patel family will try to learn your skills by cheating and other methods. I am a experienced person joined incidentally in this company and they harassed me than I have quite my job in few months. Personal and professional life was finished after joining.
