Likes

The whole management team has been very proactive in responding to the crisis. We have frequent communication from the management about staying safe. The HR team has taken this a notch up by providing innovative presentations and tools to support the shift to work from home. Overall, it has been a very reassuring experience.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
