No career Growth. You have to work more than 9 hrs to get promotions and you should always say yes whatever your manager says and you should be available whenever he calls you or on the floor. No Money, No rules in oracle about the yearly hike. They might give you a hike or not. If they give also they will give 2-6% hike.
