The projects are good. Had a good learning experience.

This team-specific review Not much interaction b/w team members Too much abstraction, don't even know what is the future of the product. Dependent on one guy, have to consult him before even writing a single line. don't listen to the different approaches, just come with their approach and start expecting to write code only. No appreciation or appraisals
