It has great work life balance as no such pressure of work except month end & quarter end time.

Dislikes

No Growth in terms of knowledge, promotion, hike in salary. The most pathetic thing that any employee can expect from a company is its managers & sr. managers.

Work Details

I was in GL revenue team. The work is Boring. It is totally process oriented. The best part is no body knows the things what they are doing. Some of them who knows a little bit don't want to share there knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
