While the company has a positive work environment with a supportive team and management, I am highly disappointed with the lack of salary hikes during this time. Despite our commitment to aligning with business needs and delivering quality work, therehas been no recognition in terms of compensation. Employees are expected to proactively adapt and perform, but the company does not reciprocate with fair financial growth or motivation. 1 - Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. Higher management is too much knowledgeable to understand problem and guide junior people to resolve any challenges. As well as they take each resources with their personal life priority.
