Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but work pressure and expectations are quite high. Too much of process orientation, documentation and the document links. When in need, neither the document nor anyone will be able to help you. Even if someone is aware of the process due to their long years of service they won't help you, instead wait for youto do the mistake, then highlight the mistake to take credit and get noticed by the management. No job related training either on process nor functional aspects. Organization hardly care about it's employee, their development nor support them during the tough times like Covid....Read More
