only bad experience of getting shouting i have to say here

Dislikes

I have a very very bad experience working with this company. There is no process. We are assigned to one team. This team is for 2 or 3 custoers. Full day they will keep changing what to work on priority. When we give any profile account manager will just send to client and sit like that. They have no courage to follow up with client. When client takes time and come back candidate are lost. Then they escalate fully. Finally they say that I did not perform. Every day is a problem working here. They shout at us. Treat very poor. I was thinking itwill become better but now i am finding another job, so much instabulity they have created...Read More
