Very poor salary and increments are very pathetic, doesn't provide Increments every year, even if they provide them it's hardly less than 5 percent. Lots of work and there's politics at very level. Higher management fools UK staff and play politics with developer and other staff. Employer doesn't not deliver what is promised in offer letter. They don't provide Increments on confirmation.

Working in Goa is the only reason I dragged myself to complete a year with this company

Pathetic work culture. No growth opportunities. Biased and compromised higher management. They hear people but dont listen to them. Employees asking for help is tagged as incompetent and they start planning for replacement as soon as you show signs of disagreement. They want people with no self respect and no brain. You should be ready to listen to what they say and never correct them
