Their salary structure was very poor and they pay you approx to half of the current market prevailing salary package in the industry. The highest management always keep their clients in dark and always involved in almost everything i.e. they are the only ones who take all the decisions be it even the small decisions of the managers and team leaders which they are supposed to take and they are just kept as puppets with almost no authority, one man show sort of thing is there. Hardly you may get any appraisals and IJPs on time, even if you get that will be very less, very late and given with a biased attitude. Work load & pressure is too much which would help you to cope up with your next job. Experience in handling and working with international clients which is a positive factor.

1) Salary : Joining salary for freshers is Rs13300 (including P.F & insurance) & in hand salary is Rs 11300 which is very less considering the workload & pressure they burden you with. 2) Perfection : After joining, the company expects you to be expert within 1 month in productivity and accuracy. And would generally try to compareyour work with existing experienced employees. Also a whole lot of pressure & mental torture is put so that employees can achieve this within 1 month. 3) Management : Management literally treats its employees like a machine. You must be highly accurate in your work, no exception for human tendency of making even slighest errors. Quality manager makes employees cry after even 1 error. They roll out policies for employees without engaging its employees or without considering the opinion of its employees. 4) Work culture : Literally a school. Because of the following points: - Cant' eat on your desk not even a chocolate. (If they catch you eating on your desk or within working area ,they will mark you in your KRA which will directly affect your salary increment. KRA is your monthly performance scores which includes your productivity ,efficiency ,accuracy and your overall behavior) But thankfully drinking tea or cold drink is allowed. - Have to log in/ compensate for tea or coffee breaks. - No talking during work not even once....Read More

Professionally, the company is excellent for freshers. Training program for new employees is very good. Rate at which the company is giving opportunities to newcomers/freshers is very good. Projects that we work on are challenging. On the non-professional side, there are programs every year for the employees like Annual party, Internal games, Training programs etc.

Company is not a generic software company. It's a software company FOCUSED on the Travel Industry. It has a limited set of predefined software products. Technically, the company may be expanding at a slower rate i.e. exposure to newer technologies may be on the slower side.

Work Details

Mostly, for almost the entire day, my work involves sitting at my desk & typing out software programs. There is very little movement away from my desk. My work doesn't involve any interaction with any clients or customers etc. Meetings are a rare thing.
