I loved the Open's work culture and the management and my team was quite good and very supportive. Overall it was a great experience and pleasure to work on that type of organization.

Dislikes

As i was working for business development team (field sales) I couldn't get any incentives and allowance that were promised to give.

The work was quite difficult because i have ti convince the customer to use our product and we have maintain good relationship but still it was good experience that it improves communication skill and helps to improve personality.

I have been with open from last 2 years and i have got lot of opportunity to learn grow and learn . The main thing i noticed in open is the work life balance which you wont get in any startups. I joined right out of college,working in the early days with a small team, which taught me a lot. Now we have beacome a big 500 member family. As a fresher i got lot of opportunity to explore and learn new things. It is so happy to see former collegues coming back, i truly believe it is because of the support and the guidance from our management.

It is always happy to work productive and people who are super supportive. Every time i focus more worklife balance and i am so satisfied with OPEN and the flexible working hours itself great. i was able to learn new programming languages, infra setup etc. since i was part of micro-service development team.
