I joined Opcito as an intern in January 2019. When I joined the company, I was keen on getting hands-on experience on Python and I wasn't disappointed. I got exactly the kind of exposure that I was looking for. I got to work mainly on Flask and Postgress SQL database. My seniors and team members were very supportive and kind to entrust me with complicated parts of different projects. I also got to learn other technologies through tech coffee sessions and short training sessions that were organized regularly. Working with Opcito has taken my knowledge and skills to the next level and has played an important part in my professional growth....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
