It's a terrific setting for on-the-job training. Despite their seniority, the leadership staff is friendly and you can speak with them directly. Working here is exciting and challenging because there are so many young, motivated professionals here. Additionally, we have scheduled huddles and training sessions on a regular basis to help us develop and become more confident in what we do.

i like worked with onsitego because my all staff is very supportive mainly my reporting manager Mr. Sayad Zeeshan sir

But when i had go outside sometimes i had to learn a lot, i had a few errands in my house they were said work is important complete your work and go your home its very big issue

no job security , one day manager will call you and will tell you today is your last working day you have to submitt your resignation without notice peiod , you also have to work in night for them at time of production server release, they will not tell you this things at start .poor management, HR not there to manage employess need.

Typical LALA culture both CFO and CEO control decisions and company and HR is for order execution They one fine day come and say we dont need you any more we are downsizing and you will get your one month salary dont come from tomorrow and they block all your laptops in advance
