no job security , one day manager will call you and will tell you today is your last working day you have to submitt your resignation without notice peiod , you also have to work in night for them at time of production server release, they will not tell you this things at start .poor management, HR not there to manage employess need.

Pathetic Culture, Fully Politics Baaz Company from Top to Bottom, Manger are fully corrupt I highly recommend not to join Onsitego, No work timing, week off are not fixed sometimes you have to work for an month without any off
