One disadvantage I noticed is that the initial interaction took a bit longer than expected, but once they began the interview process, everything moved smoothly. My suggestion would be to be patient for a few hours and not hesitate or ignore the opportunity because it’s a great platform. Transitioning from a non-voice to a voice role can be challenging, especially since they are keenly evaluating grammatical accuracy and paraphrasing skills on random topics. There is nothing to say as every company fails in one or the other way and the cafeteria is very bad over and the coupons system for snacks is very bad reality over here .
