OMEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES if they back filled the emloyee they just terminate without prior notice shamelessly, they do not even deserve to be a competitor in the us healthcare market, no proper training was given even for the associates terminating with their own politics and supervisors are most arrogant and absurd mindset they have they are only behind to make the production for the associates and they don't even bother if your on sick leave or having issues in personal life if the supervisor is asking to come we have to be there or else he plays tactical games to make you a culprit in front of the management it is a time waste to even complete the screening round with the HR or through consultancy IT IS NOT EVEN AN MNC PF IS DEDUCTED FROM EMPLOYEE ONLY CAB IS CHARGED MORE THAN SAID THEY DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE PROPER FOOD(COMPLETELY BAKING SODA USED IN FOOD IN CAFETERIA BLOATING ISSUES STARTED), CAB PICKUP COMES AT 3.30 IF YOUR LOGIN IS AT 6.30 THAT TOO FROM NO TRAFFIC ZONE RADIUS 20 KMS EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE IN WASHROOM HAD TO ANSWER THE MANAGER CALL TO UPDATE HIM. OBHG IS THE WORST TEAM ,IT WAS IN GROUND FLOOR ,QCs are very bad ,QC TL was so bad,his behaviour with employees was terrible,QC s didnt even give respect to Product TL ,Manager,They think they are main and their TL .Bad team .

Especially when it come to RMZ facility which is very bad Facility, i didn’t even thought omega will choose this kind of bad facility ever saw. Employees working In Rmz is around 600 peoples the office cafeteria seating will be 30 person only there is no other place available for eating dinner in night time, moreover the cafeteria is only with the cockroaches. There is no bathroom facility for bathroom we need to go 9th floor, i suggest ask the recruiter on the interview itself if they are hiring for DU1 i suggest avoid to work on DU1....Read More

Work culture is very poor as still management follows old method in all aspects… Example , office working person should not use mobile in production floor due to compliance issue , but WFH people will be having permanent mobile in their hand. Due to 2 to 4 meetings in a day we were not achieve targets , so they consider as deficit and TL said should work on every Saturday and Sundays even they didn't provide leaves and public holidays also,( in Omega calender Saturday, Sunday holiday, and mentioned public holidays) but we were didn't get.......
