Om logistics is a good COMPANY & few people are helpful and supportive.

Me and a few other colleagues have given their resignations because of one person, none other than Mr. JITENDRA KUMAR so called REGIONAL BUSINESS HEAD. In om logistics, everyone is saying that he is unfit for Regional Business Head Mumbai. Basically, he doesn't know anything; he just acts. In the operation and marketing meeting, hesaid that we have to do teamwork, but , Jitendra Kumar, in the marketing meeting told us to don't take help from operation people. They are cheap and uneducated. Mumbai region business is down under the BC leadership of Jitendra Kumar. and till now he has given 0 business, but he expected marketing staff should give more business. everyday seated at ac cabin drinking tea and giving clueless or bookish directions and decisions to staff, and he has done zero ground work. There was nothing to like about this company is not for software developer it is just for delivery things the working environment is not good for developer. The higher management thinks developer don't anything. They are just stupid and not fit for IT. They give lot of unnecessary timeline.
