Employer’s Response

This review comes from a former employee who had around 8-month tenure and did not meet performance expectations, generating less than 15k in revenue despite a substantial salary. The employee was consistently late, unprepared, and displayed a lack of accountability. Concerns were raised when new hires under her guidance felt discouraged from meeting or exceeding targets. Even after moving to remote work, she missed key team meetings. Due to this pattern of behavior, we made the difficult decision to part ways. We wish her the best in her future endeavors.
