Good place to start if you want to enter automotive field. Design team is good and cooperative and helpful

Dislikes

HR will own your life. The plant is 100 kms away from work location and travelling there takes 5 hrs to and fro. Sometimes you have to sleep in the plant . No Over time or Hikes for it. Do for 1 year and move on. If your joining ask HR everything clearly because they do not put in every detail in the joining agrement.
