My first corporate company and environment is excellent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Teammates are good and well supportive and the management is transparent. I'm happy to work in ANI technologies if I get good opportunity thank you.

Only one thing I feel bad feedback due to covid symptoms all employees way offed after that they should give opportunity to old employees who achieved them targets end of the year I loss my job hence due to covid apart from there is no any negative feedback thank you

Dear Friends, I am currently working with a reputed Stainless steel company in India and associate with this company since the inception of my career in 2009.I completed my B.E.in 2009 and MBA in 2020 . My CCTC is 12.5 Lacs only which is too low as per industry average and I have not received any promotion in the last 6 years . I think long association with a single company is undervaluing yourself. Didn't find any good thing about OLA. The company shows that they have a good culture but it is as real as an unicorn.

Dislikes

Poor Management. No communication. You are expected to work 24/7 and you are expected to pick up calls, doesn't matter if you had completed a 30 hour shift.
