Manegment is not good. They are not thinking of employes. Dirty politics in manegment.

Dislikes

Teammates are goods. Dirty politics in manegment. Work is good . The work pressure is very high. managers do not value an individuals.

Work Details

As a Telecalling excutive I need to calls drivers for package. Daily calling time is 4 hrs 😔😔

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on Salary earning

Dear Friends, I am currently working with a reputed Stainless steel company in India and associate with this company since the inception of my career in 2009.I completed my B.E.in 2009 and MBA in 2020 . My CCTC is 12.5 Lacs only which is too low as per industry average and I have not received any promotion in the last 6 years . I think long association with a single company is undervaluing yourself. Kindly guide How much salary should I ask for if I move to another relatable company and justification for this hike ?? Kindly assist ,Your insight are really helpful to me.
