Ola gives surprises 😀 in terms of learning, growth and salary hike which was happening genuinely basis performance between 2014-2017.

Since 2018, people got changed and favouritism started up. So shocking thing was layoff become trendy every year during salary hike. Ola moves the process to vendors.

One of the worst organisation I have ever worked with. No job security. Toxic work culture. It is an organization where people constantly fear being fired for even the smallest mistake creates a toxic and stressful environment that stifles creativity and productivity.

Ownr is Fearless,Ambitious and has potential to achieve the impossible .

Unfortunately, unlike the owner the Leadership in Senior Management in R&D, Sales, Service, Sourcing and Manufacturing are Weak and Timid, Haven't handled Pressure in earlier jobs most of them are retired ex employees of OEMs. All Yes Boss employees. For Owner it is better to have Wise Competitors than having Foolish Senior Leadership.

Not even one thing...there is lot of things which are ..... unnecessarily they hire people yhen they remove people....Though you are performing well they don't care...I mean there is not even 1% job security. Worst work culture and management. Most of weekends also you will have to work.
