Likes

Team bonding, salary structure, training module, work environment, good atmosphere, good appraisal. I also like the employee rehire policy here. The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. Good platform.

There is no job security at all.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after my team, Providing training to all new joiners in the team, such as process knowledge and how to work on process tool, Responsible for delivering performance of 20 plus team.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
